Reasons to be Proud #R2bP: BA student, Sipho Khumalo, recently published his autobiography "Life, Dreams, Thoughts, Experiences and Personality" which is available on Amazon.

The second-year student, majoring in Psychology and Anthropology at Mandela University, began writing this book a year ago and touches on subjects like Mother Nature, wisdom, the history and the injustices of the world, politics, dreams, the positive side of mistakes and turning your failures into positive outcomes – this along with his own personal life experiences.

Sipho, who hails from Kwa-Zulu Natal, explains in his book why he wants the world to know him. “I believe I have so much to offer it. I visualise changing people’s lives for the better. I visualise myself changing the world through psychology. I visualise myself saving people’s lives through medicine. I visualise myself uplifting many people in many fields…”

As we celebrate Youth Month, Sipho believes that the youth of our country must be afforded opportunities to showcase their full potential and that young people need to take bold steps to empower themselves.

“I am already on this journey of empowering myself and I trust my raging courage will influence many others of my peers to also develop themselves and those around them.”

His book, published by Beyond the Vale Publishing, is available on Amazon both as an e-book and in paperback and will soon be available on local online retailer, Takealot.
