The institutional award for the best Master’s graduate by coursework in the Social Sciences and Humanities category went to Brett Steynberg for his performance in the Master of Business Administration, with his research titled: A model for enhancing employee engagement and reducing turnover intention in the oil and gas industry. This award is sponsored by the Rupert Family Trust.
