The recently approved three-day SLP focused on using data analytics for businesses to better understand their market and customers.
The presenters were Professor Madéle Tait and Dr Godfred Anakpo and the programme was developed by the Department of Marketing Management in the School of Management Sciences,
It is envisaged that the knowledge gain from this SLP will assist businesses to apply analytical processes to marketing-related data, to understand what drives consumer actions, refine their marketing campaigns and optimise their return on investment.
The programme covered basic to advanced marketing analytics techniques, said Professor Felix Amoah, Head of the Department of Marketing Management.
The SLP received very positive feedback, and it is envisaged that it will be offered again later this year.
