Prof Grobler’s appointment is from 1 November 2025 until 31 October 2030, reaffirming her continued contribution to the governance, regulation, and advancement of health professions education and practice in South Africa.
During this term, Prof Grobler will serve as Chair of the Education, Training and Registration Committee (ETRC) of the Medical Technology Board (MTB), a critical portfolio responsible for overseeing standards related to education, training, and professional registration within the medical technology profession.
