Change the world

22/03/2020

Today, about 450 Nelson Mandela University students boarded busses to their homes at various parts across the country.

The students, assisted through the response team that included the SRC and University management, are among the last to leave the residences as part of the institution's response to COVID-19.

Some students who left for other parts of the Eastern Cape, the Free State and Western Cape this morning have reported arriving safely.

The last trips to KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo have been recently finalised.

We wish our students well on their journeys home and that they have a good Recess.
